“...owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” - Brene Brown
Speaking
I have experienced significant mental health challenges throughout my life, including severe depression and anxiety that forced me to leave school.
With the support of local community mental health organisations, family and friends I am living proof that recovery is possible.
This is why I am committed to sharing my story with others to help them feel seen, heard, and understood.
My ultimate goal is to communicate to people that they are not alone, that there is hope, and that recovery is possible.
Through my lived experience wisdom and unique perspective, I aim to inspire people and instil a sense of hope and possibility in others. By increasing awareness and decreasing stigma, we can create a more supportive and compassionate society for all.
Whether it's a school, workplace, or community event, I am dedicated to providing a powerful and engaging experience that leaves a lasting impact.
Contact me today to learn more about how I can bring my unique perspective and personal journey to your school, community, workplace, or event.
